不孕不育医院的董事长刘栓宝（刘金山）靠卖假药发家，李小果（李菁）、常水仙两夫妻便是受害者，讽刺的是，他自己的宝贝儿子竟是找人代孕。刘的竞争对手吴应德（吴大维）担心自己效益不好的医院会被刘吞并，与刘的情妇王玛丽（黄伊汶）勾搭在一起，准备伺机将刘的儿子偷走好好敲诈一笔。终日沉迷网络游戏的大盛和扣扣（后舍男生）因无钱被赶出网吧，为筹到上网费用，两人设计被李、常相撞，后借此敲诈不成干脆赖在了李家。 　　吴用大气球去偷刘的宝贝儿子，但婴儿竟意外被李、常捡得，不过这没妨碍吴对刘敲诈。大盛和扣扣在与李、常相处中生出感情，无意间听说他们被刘骗得很惨时，发誓要帮他们讨回公道，结果却从刘手中接下一桩买卖，其后也打起婴儿的主意。而王玛丽亦因有阴谋才用美人计将刘、吴同时迷惑。
